The Shaw’s famous breakfast has been a trail legacy since the 70s. Old man Shaw used to as if you wanted a 2x2, 3x3, or 4x4. That was the number of eggs, bacon, and pancakes he would heap on your plate. Today, we serve a solid 3x3 to every guest and enhance the experience with thick cut bacon, all you can eat wild Maine blueberry pancakes, and Poet’s famous home fries. Poet’s home fries are made with extra virgin olive oil, sweet onions, Maine potatoes, garlic, and Himalayan pink salt. We also accommodate our vegan, gluten free, and vegetarian friends with extra eggs, vegan or gluten free pancakes, and extra home fries. On short, NO HIKER WILL LEAVE OUR TABLE UNSATISFIED.
